All new appliances, light fixtures, furniture and finishes for flooring, cabinets, counters, and bathrooms were selected and installed, as well as interior and exterior paint colors. With the extensive remodel of the new property, a sprinkler system was also added. Nodes create an open office plan for each department and from there, employees are lead to collaborative meeting spaces. These “Smart Pods” balance the open office plan by providing private meeting spaces for team collaboration or individual work. Their existing floor plan did not have a primary bedroom with an attached bathroom and walk-in closet, so we made their primary bedroom suite dreams happen! This new space plan required allocating square feet from the oversized garage for the new bathroom and walk-in closet, requiring close work with the city for permitting. The finishes selected coordinate beautifully with the rest of the home and add texture and warmth to the space.
